We will find the perfect accountability partner and swole-mate for you!**Extra challenge points will be awarded for getting a teammate to sign up who isn't an existing member of PUSH, increasing your chance to win amazing prizes!*** The challenge is open to both existing and non-PUSH511 members!***What's Included?* Initial biometric testing: Weight, lean muscle mass, and body fat percentage using PUSH's InBody system.* Nutrition handbook, kick-off nutrition seminar, and group workout on Sunday, May 20 at 10:30am.* Optional mid-point Q&A session to address any challenge areas, have your questions answered, and exchange tips and tricks with other challenge participants.* 4 weeks of meal plans developed by a Registered Dietitian, plus tons of delicious recipes.* Weekly email check-ins, nutrition advice, and access to PUSH's new nutrition app!* Final weigh-in, measurements, and workout to track your progress over four weeks.* PRIZES will be awarded to based on results and participation to the top 3 Teams!
